Thinking about reserving Greenhouse Two Rivers for your upcoming event? Below are a few frequently asked questions you may have to help you in your planning process!

  • How big is your facility?

    Our event space is close to 7,000 square feet on a 20 acre property. It includes a 60x60 main space, bride/groom suites, public restrooms, and a warming kitchen.

  • What is the max capacity the space can hold?

    We can hold up to 300 people

  • How do I go about reserving the space?

    We require a 50% retainer fee upon booking and a signed contract. The remainder is due a month before your event.

  • How long can I reserve the space for?

    All of our packages are from 9am-11pm. We do not book anything else on the day of your wedding.

  • What does it all include?

    All of our wedding packages include a consultation, 40 wood farm tables, 300 indoor ghost chairs, 300 bamboo outdoor ceremony chairs, decor we have on site, and a 2 hour rehearsal.

  • How to I schedule a tour?

    All of our visits must be arranged a head of time and can be scheduled through email or phone.

  • What is your cancellation policy?

    If we are able to book your date again, you will be able to receive a refund. Otherwise, it is not refundable.

  • Is your facility wheelchair accessible?

    Yes! Everything. in our building is ADA approved.

  • Can I bring my own alcohol?

    No, we have our own liquor license therefore illegal to bring anything in. ALL alcohol must be ran through our bar. If outside alcohol is found, you may be asked to leave.

  • Are we allowed to have hard liquor?

    Per the state of MO we are not allowed to have anything other than beer, wine, champagne, and saki. However, we have a line of saki cocktails that are amazing!!

  • Do you have a kitchen facility?

    Yes, we have a warming kitchen that includes an ice-maker, fridge, oven, and microwave. We do not have a stove and therefore all cooking must be done off site.

  • Do you have a Preferred Vendors list?

    Yes! We have been blessed to work with some amazing vendors around the area. Please inquire for more information.

  • Do you allow real candles?

    We do allow real candles as long as they are in a votive.

  • What decor do you not allow?

    We do not allow glitter, confetti, open face real candles, real petals on the floor of the building, or tape on the walls.

  • What time is last call of music and alcohol?

    The last call is at 10:30pm per the city of Highlandville for both.

  • Can I have a sparkler exit?

    Yes, absolutely! We just require to have bucket of water for your guests to put their sparklers in when they are finished.

  • Does your facility have WIFI?

    Yes, we have wifi and can provide it for you upon request

  • Do you allow smoking?

    There are designated areas around the building you can smoke at

  • Can I have my rehearsal the day before my event?

    If we have a full weekend of weddings, we schedule all rehearsals on Thursdays in 2 hour block times.

    When can I schedule my rehearsal?

    We book rehearsal times 60 days before your event.

Hello!!

Thank you so much for coming over to our site! This is our first post and we couldn't be more excited for you to follow us on this journey to opening up our dream venue! It has been a long five years but we are finally at the stage where we are making progress and it feels fantastic! 

Below, we filmed a little video so that you can get know us a bit more as you follow our journey to seeing this project come to life!
